Our Indian office passes on this feedback to the China Division to see that the issues are attended within the least possible time. We cannot guarantee the time the China manufacturer would take for attending to the issues, because it is not in our hands, but we do our best to constantly have communication with the manufacturer regarding the status of the grievance. Our dedicated personnel in the China office include native resident of China, so that communication is carried on fluently between us and the China manufacturer. This constant communication between the various points of business ensures that our business continues without any hindrance across the indo-China business.
