4.         Coating glue: automatic comma blade transfer coating head automatically .Then doctor blade can Remove extra glue from the coating roller. So coating roller life will be more. We can make Coating Thickness manually according to production need.

5.         Drying oven: 2 drying system of electrical heaters with draught fans for efficient hot air circulation in the oven to increase the drying speed.  We can produce 8m.10 m, 12m to custom size oven for buyer demand for faster speed for this line.

6.         Automatically Temperature control:  when the temperature reach to the sufficient needed temperature, it will automatically stop heating, when it becomes lower, it will start automatically again.

           7.         2 shafts- it moves up & down rewinding.

8.         EPC – for it is very important part in this machine, this system makes  running film at right direction of film walking & flat rewinding edge of the tapes.

9.         Transmission system: 1 motor with manual operation.
