1.         PLC with touch screen, user -friendly operation interface. Wholly open design for oven top, Cylinders supporting, easier operation & cleaning & checking & film putting in. Better heat Preserving.

2.         Power: 2 motors with inverters controlling speed changing.

3.         Printing: 1 color engraver printing units for making printed tapes.

4.         Coating glue: auto glue pumping automatic comma blade transfer coating head. The doctor blade can remove extra glue from the coating roller. Coating thickness can be adjusted according to production needs & showing on tester.

5.         Drying oven: 2 drying systems, electrical heaters with draught fans for efficient hot air circulation in the oven to increase the drying speed, faster drying speed.  The longer the drying oven is, the higher efficiency & production will have. We have 6m, 7m, 7m, 8m, 9m, and 10m oven length. Based on the speed you want, we design the machine.

6.         Temperature control:   segmented automatic temperature control. When the temperature reach the set temperature, it will stop heating, when becomes lower, will start working again.

7.         4 shafts consecutive rewinding.

8.         EPC it is very important part in this machine, this system makes running film at right direction of film Walking & flat rewinding edge of the tapes.

9.         Transmission system: two motors, using air compressor to pneumatically control main machine devices with air pipe system, greatly improve the easy auto operation and printing & coating effect.
