4. Coating glue: auto glue pumping, automatic comma blade transfer coating head automatically .Then doctor blade can remove extra glue from the coating roller. So coating roller life will be more. We can make Coating thickness manually according to production need.
5. Drying oven: 2 drying system, independent heating water tank by electricity & independent electrical Heaters with draught fans for efficient hot air circulation in the oven to increase the drying speed, faster speed and cost saving. We can produce 8m.10 m, 12m to custom size oven for buyer demand for faster speed for this line. The longer the drying oven is the higher efficiency & production will have.
6. Temperature control: segmented when the temperature reach to the sufficient needed Temperature, it will automatically stop heating, when it becomes lower, it will start automatically again.
7. 4 shafts consecutive rewinding.
8. EPC for it is very important part in this machine; this system makes running film at right direction of film walking & flat rewinding edge of the tapes.
9. Transmission system: two motors, using air compressor to pneumatically control main machine devices with air pipe system, greatly improve the easy auto operation and printing & coating effect.
