This carbonization furnace is the cylinder shape. And this model stove consists of main furnace (outer stove), carbon basket (inner stove), and fume extraction tube, smoking purification system and hoisting equipment. It is our newly carbonization furnace, and it can used for carbonized the wood log, coconut shell, briquette etc,  it have the advantage: easy-operation, energy-saving and no pollution.

Raw material:

wood logs, coconut shell, Macadamia shell, bamboo, sawdust briquette and so on .

Operation

When one carbon basket have been finished carbonization, use the hoisting tools hoist the carbon basket from the main furnace, then let the carbon basket natural cooling, at the same time, put another carbon basket into the main furnace, which will save a lot of cooling time, so the productivity effect increase a lot.

Environment

Totally No pollution ( there are two reasons :

1. the frog and the gas flow will be recycle from the smoke recycle device and use for heating the kiln again

2. We install a special device that can use the liquid gas as the energy to heating the carbonization kiln, and it will not produce any smoke.

20-30kg firewood or 15kg liquid gas .This type will save 30% payment

Final product and Calorific value of the charcoal it makes

For the wood, its calorific value is 6000-6500kal for wood briquette calorific value is 6500-7500kal. For the nutshell, the calorific value is 7000-8000kal.
